Fall 2008 Late Registration

Who can play?  Boys & Girls (born between: 8/1/89 to 7/31/04)

If this is the first time to play in our region,

you must provide proof of age – birth certificate, passport, etc.

 (Payment of cash or check payable to: AYSO Region 16)

PRINT 2 COPIES AND BRING THESE FORMS WITH YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR DISCOUNT

Registration – fee is $135 per player (Max $405 per family)

**$130 per player by bringing a pre-registered online or the pre-printed mailed form (MAX $390)

(multiple player discount 4^th player is free – all children must be in the same family residing at the same address)

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 7/31/08 - No Exceptions!!

Regular registration has ended and some divisions are closed.

There is no guarantee that your child will be placed on a team.

If a division is full, your child will be placed on a WAIT LIST.

Teams start practicing mid-August and games are played September thru December.

All games will be played at Columbia Park in North Torrance for all divisions Under 14 and below.
